Knowledge is a candle that illuminates everything in the sphere around it. But, like any ball, it has a surface. And everything on the surface and beyond is the darkness of ignorance. We try to expand the scope of our knowledge by asking questions, learning something new. But we do it based on our knowledge. Therefore, most often we limit ourselves to the limits of our knowledge and are afraid to risk asking unpleasant questions. And sometimes even our justified fear gets in the way of our scientific pursuits. At this moment, taking a risk or playing it safe - determines whether we are scientists or officials.
