The West as a whole, and the USA in particular are spreading democracy with drone, F16 and so on so forth. Their creation IS is trying to spread Islam with machetes, guns and so on so forth. Both believe in the righteousness of their work. Their goals are different, but they take the same path and ironically they reach the same goal - instability in the region, thousands dead and much more refugees.
